As an Anti-Abrasive Conveyor Belt Manufacturer, let's talk about ways to prevent damage to the Mining Conveyor Belt.
These precautions include:
1. Replace the unloading hoppers of all coal feeder discharge ports and tilt them at an angle. Add buffers to the lower part of the coal feeder. The large coal gangue is no longer directly attached to the conveyor belt, reducing its impact on the Mining Conveyor Belt.
2. Extend all the coal point guide troughs and the Mining Conveyor Belt, and add a 3 to 5 m mesh guide net. After the large coal shovel falls, it is blocked by the protection net and moves forward along the running direction of the conveyor belt without being caught or dropped between the roller frame and the Underground Mine Cord Belt.
3. Weld several reinforcing brackets on the roller frame, and each welding joint uses repair welding to increase the strength of the roller frame. A hook shackle is added above the notch of the placing roller to fix the roller so that the roller will not be squatted.
